Shipping policy

How much is delivery?
We have a flat rate of 100 PHP for in-house deliveries. We usually deliver the day after your order is placed. You may also schedule delivery for a later date. Deliveries are subject to our schedule and rider availability. 

You may also book via a third party courier to receive your order on the same day. Delivery fee to be shouldered by the customer.  

Do you have free delivery?
Yes for a minimum order amount of 800 PHP, we can deliver for free. This is subject to our delivery schedule.

Do you allow pick-ups?
Yes. Please message us first for availability. Here are our pick-up locations:

Do you ship outside of Metro Manila, Philippines?
We don't ship to other locations outside of Metro Manila yet, but stay tuned for updates.

How long does it take until I receive my ice cream?
Pints may be delivered on the same day as order placement via third party couriers. Half gallon, gallon, and Craft Your Own ice cream orders have a lead time of 1-3 days. 

Can I get custom ice cream in less than one day?
Each order is freshly made and frozen for transport so unfortunately, it is not possible to get custom ice cream in less than 24 hours.
